I'm not looking to go fully vegan but would love to incorporate a few more meals...

The simpliest way to approach this is to simply get started. You can slowly incorporate more vegan meals into your week, such as Meatless Mondays, vegan before 6 (when you only eat vegan foods during the day, or before 6pm), or simply choosing alternatives when possible. There's no right way to start- simply start.

 

You can find animal food alternatives which can be incorporated into meals to make them vegan when wanted. For example, instead of making scrambled eggs you could make tofu scramble, or if you're making a smoothie with cow milk you could opt for almond milk instead. Making more vegan choices is as simple as opting for alternatives in your daily life.
